Nequilia Earnest isn't a business coach who studied entrepreneurship from the sidelines. She's built it — brick by brick, license by license, survey by survey.
Over the last 17 years, Nequilia has owned and operated multiple group home facilities serving both children and adults, care coordination agencies for pregnant women and children, non-emergency medical transportation companies, and skilled home health agencies. She's navigated state licensing, built compliance systems from scratch, hired and trained staff, and grown businesses from startup to stability.
As a Certified CHAP Consultant, she brings specialized accreditation expertise to agencies preparing for their first survey — or recovering from a failed one. Her approach is direct, systematic, and grounded in real operational experience.
Through Investing In You, Nequilia has trained and assisted many aspiring entrepreneurs with starting businesses, understanding compliance requirements, building operational systems, and positioning themselves for long-term success in the care industry.
